At Leading Hearts Inc, our mentoring program is designed to provide foster youth with the guidance, support, and encouragement they need to navigate the challenges of growing up and transitioning to independence. Through our mentoring services, we pair each youth with a dedicated mentor who offers personalized guidance, helping them set goals, build confidence, and develop essential life skills.
